Trimming the board down is a good move. It always seemed a bit top heavy for a tiny oil explorer.
I have concerns about the US shale oil industry though, even if oil does get back to $40+.
There is a glut of cheap shale oil and oil producers in the US.
If SUR can get Jack Howe fracked (and we know it already flows with the test frack they have done), a takeover may be possible?
