Those who get paid Millions is Salaries deserve to do better rather signed a deal and hire few lawyers &Fund mangers and find latter than same fund managers have gone to other Exxon Mobil and used OSH takeover offer to jack the IOC take over price. That is what happened with OSH take over of IOC. It is a plain stupid thing to make a take over without any leverage.

IOC (plus 100's of other companies) were sitting at rock bottom($30/Share) OSH has opportunity (& money) to buy major stake on market purchase and use it as bargain chip. OSH did not do that. Why ?
