    I am running out of patience--over past 2 years---stock flat---over past 5 years--been an underperformer--the usual measure of a business is 5 years--if not expanding or profitable it needs to be looked at critically---in this case its the CEO ( who i have stood behind) then the board--particularly the chair--- critical i know but they are the facts---cheers
