I think his inability to understand how much cash OSH actually has (cash $780m not $1.5B, undrawn facilities $748m, total debt $4084m net debt of $3304m) makes his posts somewhere between misguided and possibly a financial hazard if people take these posts at face value.

Crazy half baked claims like OSH spent $80m on the bid is hilarious but just for sits and giggles I tried to figure out how the number came up...from the Qtrly below.

Guess it depends on how much of those cost total are going to be offsett by recovery from total. If it isn't at least 50% ????
