I think his inability to understand how much cash OSH actually has (cash $780m not $1.5B, undrawn facilities $748m, total debt $4084m net debt of $3304m) makes his posts somewhere between misguided and possibly a financial hazard if people take these posts at face value.
Crazy half baked claims like OSH spent $80m on the bid is hilarious but just for sits and giggles I tried to figure out how the number came up...from the Qtrly below.
