    Just be aware CEO Botten is only the figurehead---there is an entire board---headed by the chairman,whether you like it or not,which is your right,ultimately the chairman is responsible for the board.All will be revealed within 6 months--if shareholders are not happy they can vote to remove any or all of the board---cheers
