    Hi Sircorp, why there is dilution at all? Interoil share price is 8.05 times OSH share price now, and is higher than the possible allocated cash based on the 10-day average share price at time of the agreement. Interoil share holders can sell their shares at any time for a bonus, instead of waiting until after the transaction. Please share your analysis.
