QPN is a high risk stock. If you invested in this crowd not realising that you could lose all your money you shouldn't be involved in the share market full-stop.
However there is also plenty of upside if you manage to get on board with the right penny stock. There are numerous of examples where penny stocks have struggled for years (Summit Resources comes to mind), go through multiple name changes, cap raises and eventually hit the big time.
The Alberta Sands JV speaks for itself. Your head would have to be in the sand if you didn't think that this isn't a positive move forward for the company. More than likely we'll face a consolidation and cap raise but if we want to make a decent fist of this new and exciting phase there is no other way it will work.
You can expect strong support at these levels given this recent development, I'll certainly be buying more at .001, as although still high risk the upside especially if the company is successful through phase 1 could be significant.
As we head into this critical next phase for the company Hotcopper has the potential to be a helpful source of information rather than a forum to subjectively criticise. You may even find this will attract some investors who I know occasionally read this forum but have become disenfranchised to share with us some of the valuable research information due to the tone of the conversation.
Thank you Purd for your informative post. Appreciated.
