Chevron and Exxon apparently have got their shale oil  productions costs down to $35.00us a barrel. Both plan to ramp supplies and will make the US the world's biggest oil producer. BY 2021 12 mbpd. What Opec do now, cut member shares even lower?  How will the Saudi's respond, they must be totally pissed. Maybe they'll invade the US, and  not  just fund and commit a terrorist raid like 911.
