'Ways and means'refers to nullifying the power play that the Tz authorities are apparently engageing in for one reason or another.

The UK acquisition means that KEY can hold out too. And if Tz keeps them waiting on approvals to commercialisation,, then KEY will,,as per a previous update,, divert more capital expenditure to other projects.

KEY just displayed in no uncertain terms with the UK success, in 'doing'as opposed to 'discussing', that Tz projects can languish if need be. And that is exactly what KEY needed to establish inorder to have any traction with Tz at the negotiating table.
