Someone still offloading however as there are now 24.7mill sellers at .004. Theres been 16.36mill traded today with 1mill at .003 and the rest at .004. Thus theres been 10mill added to the sell at .004 today on the news. Thus someone has still got lots to dump imho. Needs a few hundred million churn day to get it going.
