Production freeze such a logical step and solution which will provide some relief to the producers. Saudis producing at near full capacity yet they're still short by 45% of their annual budget! At their current rate of spending, it won't be long before they run out of cash (not that u care).
But putting a production freeze in place must be really difficult otherwise they would've done by now! Right?
OR could there be some conspiracy!!
