AmazIng how the big players are paying big bucks NOW that the oil price is higher
Why didnt they buy 2 or 3 yrs ago when OP and land prices were depressed. Surely they had some foresight in the direction of oil?
I understand that the economics makes sense $wise now as OP is climbing again
