Antman4 - I think the issue is that DLS has already done its buying.
COE is not worth buying for its oil. Either is SXY. So....
Who would DLS buy in the Cooper. I honestly think other than a merger with BPT or SXY which Brad Lingo would not go for unless he became MD (even though it makes sense and would create a really strong company, either way).
IMHO - DLS has more than enough projects that are worthy of investment.
Time will tell of course.
