Had a look at oil chart. The low reached in early 2016 was lowest oil had been since 2004! But current price still some distance away and unlikely imo to get back that far. Nevertheless, Brent close to breaking the $46 level and many producers are uneconomic below $50. Eventually shale and other producers will chuck in the towel but somehow they keep going. WOR needs new capex in sector and that will take a significant jump in oil price. Major shareholder DAR does civil wk in M. East and also dependent on stronger oil for new projects.
