Regardless of POO, companies such as WOR may benefit from the stouch between Saudi Arabia and Turkey. The fallout also has everything to do with their respectively supported Islamist militias fighting it out against each other in Syria's Idlib province.
For the time being, the Saudis appear to be punishing Turkey economically for siding with and supporting Qatar and Iran.
To the extent that Turkish companies are losing Saudi contacts, large multifaceted O&G&infrastructure companies with experience in the region are required to fill any voids quickly.
How far will it go? Will WOR actually pick up additional Saudi contracts because of this? I don't know the answer. WOR may have to compete against other companies for any additional work and there is always potential for Saudi Arabia and Turkey to mend their bridges.
cheers
