I think I kinda solve this puzzle. Civmec contracted by Chevron for "Gordon oil & gas project" in Pilbara reigion (Karratha), exactly on Barrow island, 50km offshore. In Allmine Group job advertisement, it is seeking 22 staff specifically for oil & gas "OFFSHORE" & onshore in WA. That's it. It a matter for takeover announcement or freshly independent new contract TBA.
