    I guess what I am trying to say is that based on my experience in
    this industry...DISCOVERY...is the controlling factor initially..in terms
    of shareholder value appreciation..Seems to me AKK in
    right spectrum for a discovery..'premium"..to existing modest
    share price..to say the least..!
