Inv H&S neckline done on weekly, might hold up on longer timeframes (biwkly, monthly), but regardless, think it would take something extraordinary to spike it beyond say the 66.6% target, which also places it up at a century long log fib fan line in mid/high 60s. Will concede if it surpasses the 75% target at 69.57, cheers.
