they certainly are, so far a few spec oilers that have bolted higher CTP MAD GGE TSV
TSV GGE in trading halts for deals so should go higher depending on the quality of the deals

OEX in the dog house and dwelling near lows but has a history of running hard during the good oil times and has recently potentially reached a way forward for its main Cambay oil project
TEG looks like a bug woofer but has picked up a very nice producing oil project at Cliff Head, could be a real sleeper
