re: cutter drill remember, if oil falls too low then "expensive oil" becomes uneconomic so oil will have to have a floor around $50-$55/BBL.
I know I'm a fundamentalist and think little of technical work but you can see the cycles of oil prices. Over bought @ $80, oversold @ $50-55, level off @ $60 with a gradual incline from there.
