See my post of 28 September (7225986), where I said that "The potential is certainly there, but the announcements have been very coy about declaring any commercial prospects at this stage. The "shows" of gas, liquid hydrocarbons and oil are all subject to further testing and analysis, and it will be the results of that work that will tell us the real story. At the same time, I believe that a net 10 metres of oil show could be huge as the oil bearing Jurassic sand/sandstone layer stretches a long way (cf the location of productive oil wells already in the region). EXE holders need to show patience at this stage IMHO."
EXE cannot claim "discovery" until they have the results of the analysis - maybe they now have that and can make statements about what has been discovered.
