Oil at $85.......yet WPL pretending it didn't notice

    Basically as in title. We all saw it bolt up when oil breached $80. Since that time it has increased by just the same amount and is almost $85 a barrel. Yet for about the last 5 trading days WPL has just been sitting there pretending the price hasn't increased.

    WPL should be $40 now for sure.
