So it's time to take advantage. If you have spare cash you pick up undervalued assets, and my word there are enough of them out there now!
It's a share of the business you are buying. If you have done your due diligence and are convinced it is undervalued then you should be satisfied.
It's just about impossible to pick the bottom of the market or an individual stock.
