Get the drift of the argument both sides and would simply ask (as a complete novice) does this not (as a simplistic example) generally reflect the outcome of AIDS treatments - ie the person generally continues to be HIV positive but stabilized (non progressive). Seems to me a lot of cancer patients would settle for a non-invasive treatment that has little or no side effects and delivered that sort of outcome. Reckon big pharma would see a bob or two in that as well n all !!
