you say tom-A-toes I say Tom-R-tos - be pedantic if you want but i reckon the market would like to see a result that at least keeps you alive with quality of life - after that by all means chase the holy grail ! Just as a suggestion - understand you dont want or like others to ramp the possibilities (& I am with you there in spades) however perhaps accept to be relevant to the discussion you have to compromise your position just a little.
