One hopes they would be like mice about a pending takeover although there are always leaks. To me the sudden turnover surge was an indicator. I am fairly certain that there are many juniors out there in the various mining categories that are short of money and perhaps with no definitive share control. Many are going to be swallowed by the cashed up and powerful - and why not?
Lazy directors get complacent when the fruit falls without too much trouble and when they control their incomes but when the tide turns its the AGM vote that counts. If one does not have it, the sudden gobbling of a big chunk plays havoc in a boardroom. Are they with it or against it?
I have no idea as to who controls URL (regretfully not researched before buying) but have only taken a small punt on the nous put through this forum by yourself and others.
If the market cap of URL is much lower than its intrinsic value we minorities can wait it out. What scares me is control passing to a group that can take us rats & mice out at 1c. Been there on a few occasions.
Judgement day tomorrow but lets be optimistic?
