What I am worried about Greengauge is that so far no express or implicit indication has been given by the company (URL) that they are talking with Xstrata or some other suitors.
Correct me if I am wrong, but in the quarterly they only stated that they were looking at getting finance for the Roseby project. No hint of a takeover or anything.
My worst case scenario would be they are again just raising spare cash to "tide them" over while the economic environment recovers. That's my fear. I do hope I am wrong though.

If they do sell the Roseby rights, there is no obligation for the company to return cash to shareholders. Depends on where the directors' interests lie at the end of the day. They could very well continue drawing salaries using the pretext that they are doing explorations and while away the time with the cash from the asset sale.
