The writing was on the wall in the announcement on 28th of april in relation to the bald hill pit grades not meeting expectations. That meant no mill feed while they accessed the underground ore which created a very risky situation given historical operating costs.
If they pull a rabbit out of a hat here it'll be impressive - if they do it without a capital raising even more so.
