What @Fatman8 said is correct. Its about building strong foundations and having all aspects of the businesses in order. Your tech knowledge is clearly much greater than mine, so I can't comment on the detail.
At the AGM, it seemed pretty practical rather than technical. i.e.... research partners, production partners, I guess supply partners. As in the diagram "we are responding to inputs from these partners" and I have a sneaky suspicion that some of these talks are more advanced than we might think. I honestly don't know any more.... but don't forget the AGM was at the end of November, so in WBT time, that's forever ago!
