Just wanted to say thank you to nursery and other posters who drew my attention to CER when it was in the teens. I've just sold out my last tranche to someone keenly waiting offscreen - not because I believe necessarily that it's a sell but because it has been kind to us and a profit placed in a fixed term account earning over 6.2% is attractive atm, in the absence of dividends and while centro sorts out its legal and structural issues .. Thanks guys, and good luck to all who are in for the long term. Someone is waiting keenly in the wings .. and that's a good sign for holders.
