I agree with much of what you have said. Technically it’s should be one of the first to produce. What concerns me is the length of time it’s taking to reach a deal on offtake. We all know there have been multiple parties interested and discussions ongoing but still why no deal. I get the feeling that something is off. Perhaps there are issues with the product itself or maybe the deals being offered are not good enough for CFE, who knows but the longer this takes the more pessimistic I get.
