Have a look at the ANN from 11 June 2014, item No.6 in the Schedule on page 3:
"After sole funding, Tremont may elect to roll up its shareholding in PHT into an equivalent shareholding in Cradle..." "...will be subject to ...including Cradle shareholder approval."
