think this tells the tale. the qualification they give probably not that important in TIM's case, as it aint coming back. If you sell at last market price I dont think you can get into too much trouble, but that may limit tax loss a tad , depending on buy price. Better if sold to an individual, do not sell to a company, and especially a smsf.
