Reference is therefore an RTG work from 2013. A financially not so demanding work. In this area rather ..... small.
Then the reality: the current price .... rather bad.
How do you want to attract new investors, possibly from overseas? Not the fan club here. ;-)) Nobody wants to lose money.
I think that will be very difficult and I think you will not be able to do that but that is not my job to judge.;-)
