I just demo'd this product and I can tell you it has significant legs. There are other competitors in the states with similar capabilities (in fact one with more and very much full HR cycle contained), however it isn't as slick as this and doesn't use mobile messaging as its delivery system. LVH can and will revolutionise a lot of companies, as it replaces two key pieces of software that a normal HR cycle would use, the ATS (applicant tracking system) like Taleo, workday or Brassring and CRM (candidate relationship management). These are expensive pieces of kit, so having the pricing model set the way LVH do, will mean major cost savings when installed. If the sales team takes aim at clients with ATS/CRM licence renewals coming up and provide cost comparisons (like they did with me) the will acquire some very big brands. There are some limitations though which will prevent expansion into Asia in the short term, and that is that language settings (only english) which will limit some APAC multi-regional recruitment teams as it will only be fit for purpose in english speaking countries. I gave the team my feedback so I hope that will hit the development pipeline for them. I bought in yesterday kicking myself that I hadn't seen this when it IPO'd. Just my 2 cents.
