Just spoke to the CFC and Suzanne Jacobi-Lee said that both aspley properties are up for sale.
Previously I said there was a vacant block of land attached, that is not correct. The vacant block is at Homehill shopping centre.
Aspley Shopping Centre was puchased in March 2004 for $17.362 million.
Aspley Arcade Shopping Centre was purchased in June 2007 $13 million
