I doubled up today.
Company's lack of cash generation bothers me, but owning a world class asset base for USD500m is a no brainer.
I really like the new focused strategy too, and abbatoir can't do much worse.
It is unlikely beef price drops much given costs of doing business are rising, e.g. oil up sharply, corn bottomed out, etc.
My friend sold all their sheep last year, just before the price of sheep jumped. So doubt incremental cattle herd will rise much at these economics.
