I have heard it is over subscribed but they can take over subscriptions. As MB says above call RM Capital and see if you can get some shares in the capital raising. This should be the last one for a while and hopefully the last one before they start generating revenue, at least according to the plan in the capital raising prospectus. Once people understand that there is not going to be any capital raising's, if at all and they appreciate the global market for this technology it should be well supported. Time for management to get it back and trading again.
