It was more of a bookbuild than an IPO by applications. That is, the managing brokers placed stock with their clients until it was full. When I said 'oversubscribed' I should have said 'in strong demand' (I was told they could have sold a lot more stock than as available). So there is not really a measure of 'how oversubscribed' it was, but given the demand one would expect it to come on at a premium to the issue price.
