With PDN changing their offer to unconditional a couple of days ago means to me IMHO, that they are not getting the major funds that own SMM to sell.
It wouldn't take much to either delay their offer past the ALP conference, or get other large uranium stocks interested in making an offer.
Of course this is only IMHO, however I do believe that Dennison, Mega, or LAM, are probably looking SMM over very carefully now.
With so much bad blood developing between the mangements of PDN and SMM, anybody else who makes a better offer will probably get SMM.
However I wish SMM could be left alone, unless someone wants to offer 20 Dollars a share.
I wouldn't say no to that.
