Going back to a certain Small Cap stock recomendation mob put a buy in March 2011 and $1.40 was cheap. If you believe their mantra they/he does extensive valuation, check fundamentals and the current and prospective market. It's a hell of a long way from 47c as per 'independant assesment'. Maybe Dingyi knows it is getting a good deal at 66c.

Yes, I do believe there was another party at the table until quite close to the eventual offer. I do not know now if they are still interested. They are certainly very much bigger than Dingyi.I don't know why they did not offer over Dingyi but I guess there are lots of reasons other than price. Hopefully they and/or someone else is still interested. One of the best Potash resourses in the world, you would have to think so.
