McPherson is the sole reason the takeover offer is what it is. His ineptitude is why the share price went from over $2.00 plus to just over $0.20. He is against it because he's been told to vote against it. Others have been interested but walked. Why? Don't be fooled by his no vote. If he was capable of a better result it would have happened a long time ago and it should have. Typical example of ago getting in the way of competence.
