yep, I was burnt a few years ago at the very start of my trading days...
made similar assumptions to yourself....
I am a bit lighter in the back pocket because of it (at least I didnt loose proceeds from a house sale), although I didnt stumble on GDA, I was following another poster from other stocks who "mysteriously" dissapeared after some very solid and protracted ramping...
Watso knows who I am referring too.....
