Not a hard space if you talk retirement lodges given the amount of baby boomers looking for this space ..Helli pad ...The future....Even snapper fishing...Live like a rock star.
.Just need a few people with a lot of clues...Not worried about 15% even the market cap is low on a big project...But NZ has a much better retirement facility than Aus , only 3 players in this space 35 acres ....????
Our real estate is much much cheaper with larger growth curve. IMHO.
