off market takeover pc1

I figure this Shell Company will never get there.....and wish to take it over .
Off market should be easier than on market ...I believe in opportunity ....and this is a perfect fit for us . We have only about 1 million in property a seaside property with underground power already done to 8 sites.
Some roading capital will get it there and we were ok for resource consent from 2017 meeting. but with any working cap tied up in this dunga from down under. only 200 meters odd of roading .
A/ Only 8 sections to start with 300 k per section (Retail approx.) out hear.
B/ 12 in total.
ReCaping the biz with profits earned , could be suitable for retirement home complex as well.?
