Jumping to conclusions without asking the company the question.......I looked thoroughly at the announcement which told me the transfers were all done off market. I called the company and was informed that the entities the stock was transfered to were seed backers of the technologies Prof Gavriely put into ksx.......one significant helper was the Technion Centre in Haifa.
I don't think any of these new holders are in desperate need of money and it was simply a matter of tidying up outstanding agreements/understandings.
I feel the company is on the cusp and looking to move forward into production/distribution and revenue stream. More than happy to buy at these levels......have been topping up over the last week and a half.
