o'farrell rolls dice for packer

Talk of just giving Packer a licence in Sydney:

This can't be good for EGP, who may well take the NSW Government to court if this happens, since they have a licence till 2019.

Not sure what Packer would do with his shares in EGP if he was granted a licence though.
