As the green and red tape is cut the sellers appear to be drying up. I have mixed feelings about that. On one hand it's good to see the price firming but on the other it would've been nice to grab a few more cheapies. With the A$ coming back a little and phosphate prices recovering I think today's price will seem a bargain in 12 months. Bring it on, I'm waiting patiently. Good luck to all here on HC.
