If this well isn't commercial the heads will go down about 80%, so you have lost the majority of your investment anyway, but you will lose less if you get the same amount of options as shares... Yes you won't get voting rights blah blah blah if there is a CR, but if the well is successful the options won't just go up by double, it will go up by 6x++, so if there is a CR after a successful well I won't mind not being included in the CR scenario because we would have all made a motza...Those two scenarios are the only important parts you need to know, the rest is just noise...
